	TCS Industries, Inc. provides a variety of secondary services to support your manufacturing needs. Our plating, painting and screening capabilities help us provide our customers with better prices, lead-times and control over their specific quality requirements.

Mil-DTL-5541 TCS Industries, Inc. can provide both Yellow Chromate and Clear RoHS compliant coatings. Commonly known as Yellow and Clear Iridite or Alodine finishes, chemical conversion coatings are used primarily for paint adhesion on aluminum. Two classes of coatings are available under Mil-C-5541 and Mil-C-81706. These include Class 1A "For maximum protection against corrosion, painted or unpainted" and Class 3 "For protection against corrosion where low electrical resistance is required". Both classes provide a minimum of 168 hours of salt spray protection.

	Pad & SilkScreening Pad Printing / Silk-screen allows the marking of your product with a good quality printing. Our innovative technologies allow a wide range of abilities when accomplishing the detail your products require.

	Powder Coating & Painting The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. TCS Industries, Inc. can provide either service based on the coating that best fits your needs.
